Release Notes - B2B Sellers CORE - Version v2.3.0

Installation requirements for the shopware/core have changed to ^6.5.4.0

With the new version, we have not only made important bug fixes and optimizations, but also introduced some powerful new functions. You can now store documents and create certificates in the Event Manager, while at the same time you can tailor your B2B store even more specifically to your customers thanks to rule-based catalogs.
