Product Quicksearch allows you to search for products by their properties such as material, color or anything else you define in Shopware on the product.
To access quick search you need to click on products in the b2b platform's navigation and select the sub menu Product Quicksearch.
On the default state of the page, you have the ability to search all columns by using the upper search field. Additionally, you can search each column individually for values, either by the text or by dropdown values, depending on the column you are searching in.
While the default view includes a lot of the properties from the product in the product name column, you can also add all individual properties as their own columns into the table in order to finetune the search more.
In this example we are going to add the color and material property to the table.
Click the "Select columns" button in order to open a dropdown.
There, choose the color and material options or any other option you also want to look at. Those properties are now appended to the table as separate columns.
Now you can filter each column we just added by an example value. For our test we are going to choose red and blue for colors, as well as leather for material.
The way that search works is that if at least one of the selected properties is within the column, it will be shown as a result. In the example on the screen shot you can see that we are searching for blue or red color in our products, and can see all results that match either of the selected values.
If we searched polyester in the material column, we would also be shown products that contain both polyester and cotton, instead of only products that purely contain polyester.
Each product returned in the table view can be added to your card directly or added to an order list.
In order to add it to your order list, click on the heart icon and select an existing list or create a new list. The amount of items you selected (2) will be retained on the order list. You can learn more about order lists here: Order Lists as an Employee
In order to add it to your cart, adjust the amount of items you want to order for the given product and then click on the cart icon .
