This page describes how to make the most out of order lists while being logged in as an employee.

Shop owners can customize the look and placement of icons or menu items.

Accessing the Order Lists

There are two ways to access the order lists:

  1. Available on every page within the b2b platform: Under Products, find the list item "Order lists"

  2. Available on every page: The icon in the upper right gives you easy access to order lists no matter where you currently are in the shop.

Viewing Existing Order Lists

Located at /b2b_platform/product-list, you are able to see all existing order lists you have created.

You can filter these lists by label, as well as by visibility. Visibility is tied to all companies you have access to, as well as providing an option to filter by private lists.

For enhanced performance, the total sum of all articles within the list is estimated / recalculated once a day. Hover the number in order to learn more about the time of the last recalculation.

Language of automatic order lists

Automatically created order lists are created using the user's language. The name is not updated if you are using a different language yourself.

Actions

Click to view the individual items that are contained within the order list

Click to add all items contained within the order list to your current cart. Depending on the amount of entries, this process can take a few seconds. You will be asked for confirmation before the list is deleted.

Click to open a secondary menu, allowing you to either import an order list, or to export the order list. File formats: CSV

Click to delete the order list.

You will be asked for confirmation before the list is deleted.

Creating a new Order List

Method 1: From the order list view

Start by clicking on "create new order list".

A modal will appear, asking you to define a name for the list, and defining its visibility.

After creation, you get a success message in the upper right corner.

Method 2: From the PDP

On each PDP, there is an icon you can click in order to initiate a dialogue to create a new order list.

Method 3: From the category page

On each category page, each entry has an icon you can click in order to initiate a dialogue to create a new order list.

Adding Products to the Order List

Method 1: Use a CSV file

There are two ways to get started with uploading a CSV that will be transformed into entries on the order list:

  • While viewing all order lists:

  • From within an order list:

You will be shown a modal asking you for the CSV file and how to file is constructed:

  • Product No. column: Which column contains the product numbers?

  • Quantity column: Which column contains the amount of articles?

  • Comment column: Which column contains the (optional) comments?

  • File has a header: Whether there is a leading row containing e.g. "Product Number" as a column heading.

In order to match the default from the modal, your format needs to match:

SWDEMO10000,,,"My comments",15

You can generate an example CSV file by first clicking "Export" instead of import. An empty file will be generated.

If you have other order lists present already, you can also export those and adapt from there.

Method 2: From inside the order list

Click into the field "Search product..." and start looking for products like usual. Once you found the desired product, click on the entry, and on "add to list", in order to append the product to the list.

Method 3: From a category page

On each category page, each entry has an icon you can click in order to initiate a dialogue to add the item in question to the order list. Upon selecting a list, the page will be reloaded and a success message will be displayed.

Method 4: From the PDP

On each PDP, you can find a button "Add to an order list" in order to initiate a dialogue to add the item in question to the order list. Upon selecting a list, the page will be reloaded and a success message will be displayed.

Example of a filled order list

Ordering specific items from an order list

If you prefer to only buy selected items from your order lists, you can do so in two ways:

1 - Define the amount and optionally the comment for each product, and click the shopping cart icon on the right to directly add the item to your cart.

2 - Select the checkboxes on the left of the screen, and adjust the amount of products you want to order.

You can filter the list by typing into the search box under the heading "Products". Your selection of flags will be retained throughout searches and pagination changes.

Once you made your selection, click on "Add selected products to the shopping cart", or click on "Request offer" in order to request an offer from your selection.

Renaming an order list

Navigate into the order list and find the gear icon ontop of the list:

A modal will appear that allows you to edit the name of the list. Click save to confirm your changes.

Deleting an order list

Method 1: From within an order list

Find the gear icon and click on "delete order list". The order list will be deleted immediately.

Method 2: While viewing all order lists

Click the deletion icon next to the order list you would like to delete. You will be asked to confirm your choice prior to deleting.
