Statistics for Product Improvements

The B2Bsellers Suite includes an option to share configuration and usage data with B2Bsellers GmbH.

This data provides us with real-world insights into how our platform is used, allowing us to prioritize feature development and provide more contextual support. All data is transmitted securely via HTTPS and participation is entirely voluntary.

Benefits of Participation

• Data-Driven Improvements: Helps us refine the product based on how features are actually used.

• Smart Prioritization: Ensures our development roadmap aligns with common real-world configurations.

• Enhanced Support: Provides our team with the necessary platform context to resolve support tickets faster.

What Data Is Shared?

You can control two independent categories of data within the settings:

Configuration Settings

This tracks which B2B features are active per sales channel. It helps us understand which tools are essential to your workflow.

• Examples: Active add-ons, budget configurations, and permission roles.

Usage Statistics

This collects aggregated values to measure the scale and impact of B2B features.

• Examples: Total number of employee roles, percentage of orders placed by sales reps vs. customers, and usage frequency of the "Offers" or "Partial Assortments" tools.

Data Privacy & Security

We take data protection seriously. Our tracking is designed to be insightful without being intrusive:

• No Personal Data: We do not collect information about individual users.

• No Sensitive Correlation: Usage data is never linked to specific order details or customer identities.

• Secure Identification: UUIDs are encrypted, and we only transmit the last four characters to ensure no specific database records can be accessed or identified.

• Product Focus: Data is used exclusively for internal product optimization.

Configuration

Both options are enabled by default to help us improve the suite, but you can toggle them at any time. The transfer occurs only when an administrator logs into the Shopware Admin or accesses the B2B settings.
